Abstract 6

(Sides A & B)

Side A is a Found Art that began almost immediately. With only a few colorful strokes I knew which way to take it. The repetition of the pallet knife strokes stabilize whatever caos is created by their random placement and color variance.

Side B was a near miss. With an initial soft punch its general appearance is made more interesting by little environments of detail. --- I know it doesn't have that "signature" I look for but there is something there, some kind of odd twisted chaotic charm.

• I frame all my paintings, (with few exceptions). I prefer my frames because they do not hide even a fraction of the surface I intended to paint. However if you do not like the frame I put on the painting it is no big chore for me to remove it. Exception: Found Art works will not be re-framed.
